| in 2 minutes i will leave to go work my last 12-hr shift before my week of vacation. i'm sure it will not go by fast enough. hopefully since it is superbowl sunday, people will stay in their homes and behave . . . and the mischief makers and accident-prone drunks will starting rolling through the ER after i get off at 7 pm.

| i haven't posted since before the new year. since my last entry, i've been finished the CCU (cardiac care unit) and am back in the ER zone for the month of January.
i discovered that many heart attacks happen after a big snowfall, when old men try to shovel the wet snow.
currently, i'm working nights in the ER. the patient steam starts to really slow down after 4 am, and then after that it's mostly drunks coming out of the woodwork (especially on the weekend nights).
upcoming: we're coming to california for the week of chinese year year. :)

| what is with 'dancing with the stars' breaking up relationships? i guess it is hard to maintain a professional relationship when your dancing partner wears thin flimsy skirts on a tanned body that is pressed up against yours. |
